Program Overview
Our accelerator program runs twice a year, with each season running every six months. Program will happen in between San Francisco, USA & Bangalore, India (NextUnicorn will support founders, with all Travel arrangements). Program includes two months of on-site acceleration, followed by four months of intensive off-site acceleration and continues with 12 months of mentoring to ensure continued acceleration of the startup, to achieve next big round of funding.
NextUnicorn Ratings
Each participating Startup will be given ratings, based on below factors, which will be updated from time to time.

- Market Acceptance Readiness
- Funding Readiness
- NextUnicorn Fitness
After the completion of the 8-week program, based on your Next Unicorn rating, you may become eligible for further funding opportunities with NextUnicorn Fund. These ratings will be continuously assessed in quarterly intervals, after the program. These Rating will help you get further funded from other big VC's & we will also recommend to our close network of VC funds.
We Got Your Back
Equity Terms:
- NextUnicorn will provide a total funding of $50K, consisting of $25K in cash to accelerate your startup toward a major fundraising event and $25K allocated as the Accelerator Program fee. In exchange, we get 5% equity in your startup
- Additionally, we offer $1 million in exclusive perks and benefits, including up to $150,000 in Azure credits, Up to $10,000 DigitalOcean credits, Up to $10,000 HubSpot credits etc.,
- On the final Demo Day, startups will have the opportunity to secure a potential investment of up to $100K
- Within nine months after completing the on-site accelerator program, further investment opportunities ranging from $50K to $100K will be available based on target achievements set by NextUnicorn
- Potential further Investment of Up to $500K
- Most importantly, this Program will provide an End-to-End invaluable experience of becoming an Unicorn
